Terms of Service
Last updated: August 10, 2026
By using EarnNet, you agree to use the service lawfully and to follow these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Provider participation
Provider sharing is voluntary, off by default and may use bandwidth, battery and the public IP address of the participating connection. You control consent, limits and stopping the service. Provider compensation is based on verified customer traffic and is not guaranteed income.
Provider compensation is a service payment
Amounts shown as provider earnings are non-transferable bookkeeping records of service fees that EarnNet may owe for verified bandwidth already supplied. They are not reward points, deposits, stored value or user-funded balances. EarnNet does not provide a wallet, peer-to-peer money transfer, banking, lending, investment, cryptocurrency or financial-advice service. A payment method is used only to settle compensation owed to the provider and cannot be used to fund an EarnNet account or send money to another user.
Customer and proxy use
Proxy access is limited to approved public-website testing and the domains configured for a lease. Credentials, security controls, rate limits and destination restrictions must not be bypassed.
Suspension and safety
We may suspend accounts, revoke leases or withhold pending provider compensation when we detect abuse, fraud, policy violations, invalid traffic or legal risk. We cooperate with valid legal requests and maintain security records as described in the Privacy Policy.
Account deletion and contact
You can delete your account from the app or through the account deletion page. Questions can be sent through support.
